How to order with MediMatch

First time users:

1. You can call us and speak to our professional sales and account management consultants, and we can explain our products and services and make arrangements for the first collection.
2. Call us on 08 444 993 888.
3. After you have called us we will send packing material, order forms and as an introductory offer we will transport the first two free of charge. This s will enable you to experience our speed and high quality, as well as the provisions of an effective and proficient service. N.B- After the introductory offer, the delivery charge will depend on your mode of transport, and will not exceed £6, but is likely to cost less.
4. We will then fit you in logistics for ongoing pickups according to your preferences. For instance, (scooter, DHL, freemail, sameday delivery, etc) and of course provide you with the necessary stickers or airwaybills.

Ongoing pick up

• Call us on 08 444 993 888 or drop us an email at pickup@medimatch.co.uk before 11:00.
• We will make arrangements for a same day pick up at your preferred address.

Ongoing Free mail

• Did you send something to us by mail? Kindly inform us and we will expect your impression.

Ordering a pickup online?

• Just fill in the online applications form and we will get in touch to confirm and make arrangements for your order.

Schedule

Your case will be back 10 days from the day you post it to us. Please see below for your return date. It is always from Monday to Monday, Tuesday to Tuesday, Wednesday to Wednesday etc..

Kindly download the labels and order sheets here. Please don’t forget to write on each sheet your unique generated order number alternatively fill in the fields on this page and we will send out some forms and prepaid labels to you. They have a sticky side, much easier.
